Katrafay

Katrafay essential oil is derived from the bark of the Katrafay tree, a medium-sized tree (up to 15m tall) endemic to Madagascar's dry, dense forests in the southwest region. We employ a non-destructive harvesting method, carefully peeling bark from one side of the tree to allow full recovery, preserving the ecosystem while enhancing the quality of the oil—the larger the tree, the better the essential oil. With a low yield of just 0.4%-0.6%, Katrafay oil is highly valued for its richness in sesquiterpenes, offering a wide range of benefits. Known for its analgesic properties, it helps relieve pain, supports cellular regeneration for burns, stings, and eczema, and combats fatigue while promoting overall vitality and well-being.
